① UV Coating (optional): The scratch resistance of the panels depends on the configuration of the surface materials: our PVC surface materials are reinforced with a dedicated wear-resistant layer, while our PP and PET surfaces are treated with a UV coating. This manufacturing process ensures the scratch-resistant properties of the product.
② Decorative Layer: The surfaces are partly original designs created by professional designers, while others use the latest and most popular 3D-printing technology. Both methods ensure clear, realistic textures that bring out the natural beauty of the designs.
③ Lock: It ensures that the wall remains stable and without gaps when it expands and contracts with temperature changes and also forms an effective physical waterproof layer through tight interlocking.
④ The stone crystal layer: It is made from a mixture of PVC resin powder and natural stone crystal powder. With a Mohs surface hardness of 4.0, the panels offer outstanding impact resistance, making them ideal for use in various commercial and public spaces.
Product Installation
Step 1
Use a level to check that the wall is smooth and free from protrusions or large dips. If you find any imperfections, sand down rough spots or apply a filler.
Step 2
Apply structural adhesive to the back of the wall panels one by one.
Stpe 3
When moving the product, stand it upright.
Stpe 4
Align the wall panel gaps, splice them according to the locking positions, and finally pat them to ensure the product adheres firmly to the wall.
